The Chicago Tribune is featuring an interview with TNA Knockouts Champion Tara where she talks about opening a new pizza restaurant in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.
“This is not a pet project for me. This is my job. I will continue to travel a couple days a week for wrestling, but I will be in the restaurant several days a week.”
She was also asked how much longer she plans to wrestle.
“I get the ‘how much longer’ question in every interview nowadays. I get it. I’m 41 in an industry where girls breaking in are half my age. My perspective is, I feel great, I think I look great, I put on outstanding matches for the fans, I bring out the best in my opponents, and most importantly, I am having a blast.”

Once Tara retires from wrestling, she should either train or write..
she has a mind that the business needs to keep.
“Several days a week”
Lol
I mean long term yes but she still has wrestling ambitions. But good luck to her
it’s pretty hard to balance such stuff, especially when one of your “passions” requires you to travel frequently.
Well Tara’s alright, she’s just not stiff enough, when is she gonna shoot on someone
This is not the first pizza shop she has owned/operated. She used to own Fat Tony’s in Louisville KY, and later, opened Black Widow Customs, a custom auto detailing shop, also in Louisville.
