Vince McMahon shakes up WWE creative

Senior writer Brian Gewirtz was removed as head writer of Raw by Vince McMahon prior to tonight’s show in Sacramento. Gewirtz is still under contract as a consultant, but was reportedly sent home.

Everyone is scared. McMahon told the producers today, “I want results or I want resignations.”

  6. Science & Violence says:

If McMahon is such the genius that all of his zombies claim, then why doesn’t he take over creaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaative. *Spits*

  7. Really? says:

@Science – Vince is considered a genius because he competes ruthlessly and always goes big. People who consider him a genius for that fail to see that his “going big” only paid off once. He’s got a pile of failed experiments like the XFL, WBF, WWE Music (a record label), etc.

  8. Scott says:

Paul Heyman. Still control the checkbook, but give Heyman free reign. Not unless Vinnie has an ace up his sleeve

  9. DBRude says:

If ever there was a time for a “Yes! Yes! Yes!” post… You guys are NOT on the ball today.

  10. Kid Vicious says:

    jeez, it’s easy really.
    shorter shows, more wrestling.

i do not have 3 hours to sit through tired storyline after tired storyline. they’re not original, they’re not funny, they’re poorly written and poorly acted.

opening – promo – backstage chatting – adverts – backstage chatting – squash match – promo about future event i won’t buy – adverts – backstage chatting setting up super match later – match – adverts – promo – promo interrupting promo – promo about future event – hornswoggle segment – advert – backstage talking – the main event! – adverts interrupting main event – dodgy end to main event match – close.
