Angle now says he won’t be doing MMA commentary

Kurt Angle via Twitter:

: “As Requested that I Must Announce, I will not be Commentating @mmaworldseries Nov3 on NBC Sports, Due to A Conflict of Interested(sic).”

Kurt Angle’s part time job of doing MMA commentary for NBC Sports has been scrapped and he will not be joining the World Series Of Fighting as previously announced. Angle revealed the news himself earlier today on Twitter, saying that due to conflict of interest he would not be
commentating on November 3. The only conflict of interest that somehow can be attributed to this story is that Spike’s parent company, Viacom, will
be broadcasting the MMA league Bellator and WSOF will be airing on a rival NBC property.

I know kurt and he’s a piece if harbage. He’s an alcoholic and addicted to painkillers. He got me a shot at announcing for TNA. I appreciate his help but he is a jerk. I went out with him a few weeks ago and watched him drink 11 miller lites… and then he tipped the bartender 5 bucks. His agent is a guy named dave hawk. Dave just kept telling me stories about how kurt schemed McMahon to grant him a release. He said kurt fake cried until Vince felt bad enough to let him go… like I said, kurt is a piece of garbage.

  4. Fisha695 says:

TNA is on Spike TV, Spike is owned by CBS, CBS is the arch-rival of NBC thus CBS who pays Spike who gives money to TNA that helps pay for Kurts contract is not allowed to work for NBC.

  5. nick says:

Haha jim I’m not looking for trouble. Especially with a guy that will kick my ass like angle lol. I’m just letting everyone know the real kurt

  6. Steveoreno says:

Acually CBS and Viacom cable networks split years ago. Still you are right. Viacom and Universal are big rivals and Universal owns NBC.
