1993 – Tatsumi Fujinami wins the NJPW G1 Climax Tournament, defeating Hiroshi Hase in the final

1994 – Masahiro Chono wins the NJPW G1 Climax Tournament, defeating Power Warrior in the final

2009 – Shuji Kondo wins the AJPW Junior League, defeating Super Crazy in the final


In 2011, TNA Hardcore Justice was held in Orlando, Florida

– Brian Kendrick defeats Alex Shelley & Austin Aries in a 3-Way Match to retain the TNA X-Division Title
– Miss Tessmacher & Tara defeat Mexican America (Rosita & Sarita) to retain the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles
– Winter defeats Mickie James to win the TNA Knockouts Title
– Beer Money Inc (James Storm & Robert Roode) defeat Mexican America (Anarquia & Hernandez) to retain the TNA Tag Team Titles
– Kurt Angle defeats Sting to win the TNA World Title

1965 – Dan & Dr Bill Miller defeat Gorilla Monsoon & Bill Watts to win the WWWF United States Tag Team Titles

1973 – Fritz von Erich defeats The Missouri Mauler to win the WCCW American Heavyweight Title

1987 – Steve & Shaun Simpson defeat Frankie Lancaster & Eric Embry to win the WCCW World Tag Team Titles

2001 – on Smackdown, Diamond Dallas Page & Chris Kanyon defeat The APA (Bradshaw & Faarooq) to win the WWF Tag Team Titles. Also, The Brothers of Destruction (The Undertaker & Kane) defeat The Natural Born Thrillers (Sean O’Haire & Mark Jindrak) to win the WCW Tag Team Titles

2002 – Ron Killings defeats Ken Shamrock to win the NWA World Title. Also, Low Ki defeats AJ Styles & Jerry Lynn in a 3-Way Dance to win the TNA X-Division Title

2004 – The Rottweilers (Ricky Reyes & Rocky Romero) defeat The Second City Saints (CM Punk & Colt Cabana) to win the ROH Tag Team Titles
