The question should be, should she be inducted for her contribution to the wrestling business alone, because the dumb people just think- “umm isn’t she in adult films now? She shouldn’t ever be in a hall of fame.” Sucks.

Think Benoit and HHH need to be redone.

    No Wookey.

Look, yes Chris Benoit was the greatest wrestler of all time… and yes he may very well have had a legit medical excuse to explain his bizarre and deadly decision that faithful June day…

But the guy not only killed his wife and kid, he nearly killed the entire wrestling industry.

Her contribution to the wrestling business was crap. She was a terrible wrestler but she was popular because she competed against males more than she did against females. She only had a few moves and she couldn’t – or, more likely, refuse to – sell her opponents’ moves, especially against the other females. Chyna was nothing more than a carnival side-show, a freak for people to gawk at because of her size and steroids-induced muscles. Her mic skills were poor too. Can anyone even remember any memorable promo she did all by herself? She’s worse than a female version of Batista. More like a female version of Mason Ryan or the Great Khali.

Divas like Trish Stratus & Lita did more for the wrestling business than Chyna and they also had far more skills in both wrestling and promos.

Before her, there was sable, marlena, sunny.. pretty models in catfights, in wwf.

After her came Lita, Trish, Victoria, Jazz, Beth Phoenix, Natalya etc etc. Women that weren’t stereotypical beauty barbies, but different, strong and unique. And you could believe in their rivalries. But if it wasn’t for Chyna, women would be attractions.. she showed women could hold their own, fight and entertain in more ways than being eye candy. And not to mention, could build their bodies up to be physically imposing.

Love or hate her, she changed the wrestling world for females, made stars outta Ivory, Trish, Lita.. she made history. Just a shame where she is now, but regardless, she revolutionized women’s wrestling.

Before Sable, Marlena, Sunny.. pretty models in catfights, in wwf there was an awesome womens wrestler in the WWF by the name by of Alundra Blayze aka Madusa. Miss Elizabeth was the attraction of the 80s and 90s WWF when it came to eye candy but Miss Elizabeth was the first diva of the WWF.

    Back to topic.

Chyna was the first female in the Royal Rumble, the only female in the King of the Ring, the only female to win the IC title, Chyna showed that females can be strong and pretty at the same time, compete against the males. Also Nicole Bass was worse than Chyna.

Chyna should be inducted into the Gerweck Hall of Fame.
