Wrestling By The Numbers: Barbara ‘Kelly Kelly’ Blank

World Wrestling Entertainment has granted a request from performer Barbara ‘Kelly Kelly’ Blank for a leave of absence from the organization. The 25-year-old Jacksonville Florida native made the request to take time off to spend more time with her family and boyfriend. She has also recently signed with the A.T.A. Agency with hopes of working in modelling and acting. It is unknown at this point if Blank will return to the WWE as she has already started making independent public appearances and has accepted endorsement offers. She has been with the WWE for the past 6-years after having been signed back in 2006.

Kelly Kelly first spent time in the WWE’s developmental territory Ohio Valley Wrestling where she was trained and performed as a wrestler, ring announcer and referee. She was brought up the main roster on the ECW brand in June of 2006 where she first started as the manager of wrestler Mike Knox. She has since had successful runs on both the Raw and Smackdown brands and is a former 1-Time WWE Divas Champion. Her last television appearance with the company was on the May 21st Raw Supershow and she last appeared at a house show on May 26th.
