  2. Big Dave says:

Ya I’m with I loo thats complete bs… Thanx a lot Martha hart no wwe is scared to do anything with Owen!

  3. xLx says:

Booker T is higher then Brock Lesnar on that list? WTF?

  4. Matthew says:

    This List is horrid

  5. Lenny says:

Cringes at the memory of king booker! And that horrible bristish accent! Vile!!

  6. Bill says:

No Don Muraco?…he was the first KOTR. No Sheamus?…this actually isn’t my opinion, but since Sheamus is one of WWE’s current golden-boys, you’d expect him to make this list…especially over Mabel. Also, wrestling-wise, shouldn’t Regal make the list?

  7. Mackdeezy says:

The rest of the list is negotiable, but Austin is spot on IMO. Especially since when he became KOTR was when he debuted the 3:16 catchphrase.

“Talk about your psalms, talk about your John 3:16’s. Austin 3:16 says I just whipped your ass.”

  8. matt says:

i know his k.o.t.r. speech is wat made austin a star, but of those who actually wore the crown, no one can top the reign of the macho king and sensational queen! ooooooh yeaaaaa! r.i.p.

  10. Rory says:

No “the one” Billy Gunn? Suck it!

  11. aag44 says:

How in the world did Mabel make it to #10 yet OWEN HART, Ted DiBiase, Tito Santana, William Regal, Ken Shamrock, and Sheamus didn’t?? Hell, I would’ve taken Billy Gunn at #10 over Mabel…

  12. matt says:

being king became a ‘curse’ for sheamus’ win/loss record, and he dropped it from his name, and didnt regal do an angle where the title was cursed towards the end of his reign? cuz when sheamus was king they kept sayin the k.o.t.r. curse lives on.. if bein king hindered their careers, im not surprised theyre not on the list. and becoming king did elevate mabel’s career, even tho owen shoulda been top 10. as far as royalty goes, bow to the kingdom of madness, dig it!

  13. ILMH says:

I think it’s because winning the King Of The Ring was a notable point in each of these men’s careers. Like it or not, you can’t think of Booker T without thinking King Booker.

Hence the reason Edge, Angle, and Lesnar are down there. They have won it, true, but it’s not among the first things they’ll be recognized for and their wins didn’t really launch their careers or even have much of an impact.

  14. -J- says:

    Macho King > All Others.

  15. Chris Epic says:

Wow terrible list SCSA & Savage are fine but Angle & Race were two of the most notable, & it was Lesners 1st major win. Regal & Sheamus are far better than Mabel, this is more bias than the top 100 WCW guys or HoF. Simply because its guys Vince had a hard on for at one point or another

  16. Joe says:

Lol who is making all these lists?
