Update on the TNA/WWE Lawsuit

According to, a temporary injunction hearing was set in the lawsuit between Total Non-Stop Action and World Wrestling Entertainment and Brian Wittenstein for 7/12. The hearing was set during the status conference today and will go down at 9:30 AM. TNA’s restraining order against WWE and Wittenstein remains in effect until the hearing, which simply means that WWE must return and not destroy confidential information that TNA claims Wittenstein provided them. Depending on what happens at the July hearing, a permanent injunction could go into place in regard to the material.

    What if WWE doesn’t have anything to return to them, and wasn’t provided with anything physical, but was only provided by ear? If so TNA is going to look like insecure jackasses! Trust me the WWE knows their way around a court room, TNA should take some notes during this lawsuit.
