Bobby Roode just reached the 200 day mark as TNA champion. He had mentioned in a promo that he was about to become the longest reigning champion in history. Roode captured the championship on 10/26 in Macon, GA from “Cowboy” James Storm. The current record is 211 days held by AJ Styles.

A long run for a heel champion with some great heel tactics and now some clean wins will make it even better when a face wins because it will make the face look stronger if a heel has a long run…i think this is one major thing that TNA is doing right, right now.

Money says he loses title on impact, sad thing is other than storm I don’t see anyone worthy of the title at the moment.
