Heyman to contribute to a WWE DVD

In an interview that CM Punk did to promote the Extreme Rules pay-per-view last Sunday, he revealed that Paul Heyman will be contributing to his WWE DVD which will be released later this year. Punk said that Heyman will be interviewed for the documentary part of the DVD and will also be doing alternate commentary along with Punk for some of his matches that will be included in the release. Heyman is a big fan of CM Punk and praised the current WWE champion several times on Twitter. This will be Paul Heyman’s first involvement of any kind with the WWE since he left the company in late 2006.

Nope. Paul Heyman was also involved in the Steve Austin DVD that was released last year. Heyman discussed Austin in WCW and ECW. Heyman filmed this interview only last year.

Could you imagine, Heyman coming back and taking over the creative control, while they still have Brock and while they seem to be pushing a Punk vs Bryan program…OMG…they rating would go up in no time.

All I know is that a Punk-Heyman commentary team sounds awesome.
