Ohhhhh boy. Sunday should be interesting.

  2. Really? says:

I’d rather see Lesnar and Rock face opponents they haven’t faced before than have a rematch.

  3. Joe says:

BUT Lesnar was a Paul Heyman guy…. Or hell hopefully they’ll throw him into Sheamus vs Bryan to make it more interesting.

  4. Kerry says:

If they did anything, I’d like to see him involved in the Undertaker-Triple H match. Especially considering that Brock & Mark Calaway (‘Taker for those who may not know.) legitimately don’t like each other.

Lesnar/Rock? How the hell does that make any sense? I’d assume neither would be working a full schedule (seeing as how he isn’t doing much else, I wouldn’t be surprised if Brock worked a more regular schedule than Dwayne does), so how would this even come about? It’s already been done before, granted that was a much different time for the two of them, but still, it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. More importantly than all of that, unless Lesnar is going to become a mainstay in WWE again, it doesn’t really do much for the company in the long run. They’d basically be taking two guys who have no week-by-week association with the brand and making them the focus of the show. It would almost be like if WWE had a gimmicky “celebrity wrestling” match every ‘Mania (I don’t mean like they’re doing now, I’m talking more in the vein of “celebrity boxing” matches where they take two famous, or somewhat famous, people that don’t like each other and have them fight it out). Sure, it would draw, but it ultimately takes away a spot that could’ve been better used giving a regular talent his time to shine.

I could definitely see The Rock and Brock Lesnar having matches at ‘Mania 29, but not with each other, it just doesn’t make sense from a wrestling perspective. It would sell tickets, definitely, but wouldn’t really benefit the company in the long run other than merch sales.

    f5 to cena and f5 to the rock…hello wm29.

  7. seanyd93 says:

if brock was to come back, I’d assume he’d be a week by week guy, and The Rock may even come back for more regular apperances after mania? Not full time, just more often

  8. Adam says:

People can bust on Brock all they want…if he comes back it would be great for business. The guy is scary strong and still is young enough to be around for the long haul this time…that is if he’s ready for the schedule this time around. I say go Brock!

  9. Scott says:

Brock sucked as a entertainer in wwe. But he did get better at it in the UFC .. Hmmm

  10. Frank Garrett says:

    Alistair Overeem.

  11. kiran devang says:

Guys let me tell you some thing, Taker is really not in a good shape to wrestle Brock on WM 29. As for as I remember The Rock lost his last title to Brock, so I think
The Rock v Brock at WM29 might make sense.

  12. havok says:

rock and lesnar fought at summerslam 2002, not a bad match at all, so wm29 would be interesting…..what better way to close out wm the biggest show of the year then to have 2 non wwe superstars headline

  13. sunshinethewerewolf says:

Cena beats rock to become most hated by fans in WWE. Uses heat to challenge taker at 29.

  14. Ronald B says:

We want another Armageddon Hell in a Cell match!
