Zuffa releases “King Mo” Lawal

We noted earlier that The Nevada State Athletic Commission suspended former Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal (8-1) for nine months, due to his positive drug test, following his January 7 bout with Lorenz Larkin.
To follow up, Lawal was released from his Zuffa contract earlier today as confirmed by Dana White.
