Joe Blanchard passes away

Joe Blanchard, the father of Tully Blanchard, passed away this morning at the age of 84. During his wrestling career, Blanchard was a promoter, an announcer, booker, and was a well liked personality in the San Antonio area. Blanchard played college football and had a career in the Canadian Football League.
