Latest word on Evan Bourne

The word going around is that Evan Bourne’s suspension for a second wellness policy violation ends on 3/18. PWinsider.com reports that despite internet reports that he could be let go by the company, there is talk of him returning and working a program with Jack Swagger, although he isn’t currently scheduled for any upcoming WWE events. As we noted yesterday, Bourne is being considered for a spot on Teddy Long’s team at Wrestlemania.

    I always enjoyed Swagger/Bourne matches.

  2. ruben says:

he should be punished further and not be in any mania matches

  3. Chris Epic says:

Why should he be punished further, he got his 2nd strike & got the same punishment anyone else does w//o bitching about it. I don’t see how punishing him twice makes sense.

  4. theprincedann says:

@ruben agreed. Although if should be pushed at some point, give the wrestlemania spot to someone else. Just to set an example..

  5. Joe says:

He already was punished twice, he lost the tag titles and he was suspended. He got the same punishment as everyone else and should be given a second chance. Bourne is a great worker and the kind of guy who should be in a Wrestlemania match. Besides it was just spice. Who cares?
