  1. Matt says:

Good to see a crowd into it for once. Road Dogg at 23 was the highlight of the Rumble to me. And it was actually alright that Ricardo, Mick and Santino, and the announcers were in it. Everyone complains about it but if they threw someone like Heath Slater or Curt Hawkins, the same people would complain that it was boring. I actually watched the Rumble and thought it was solid for the most part, so if people are gonna b*tch about it, at least watch it.

  2. lachlan says:

@ Matt i was thinking the same thing

  3. Seanyd93 says:

I swear Booker T dropped the F bomb in that steel cage match

  4. darrin says:

Sheamus vs Daniel Bryan or Sheamus vs CM Punk ? I just cant see a face vs face main event..

  5. eddie says:

Only reason don’t get for slater not being in it didn’t about a month ago saw he was in the rumble and was gonna win

  6. Alex says:

I actually really enjoyed the entrants today. Road Dogg was epic, so was santino & foley.

  7. mshelez says:

I enjoyed the Rumble as well and while Road Dogg and Hacksaw were great surprise entrants, the highlight was Kofi and that handstand walk thing he did. How athletic and strong do you have to be to be able to pull off a move like that during a regular day, never mind after you’ve already been in the ring fighting for about 10 minutes.

And I was also impressed with seeing Show at the top of the cage. I figured from the get go that Bryan was going to get by going over the top simply because the other two wouldn’t be able to but Show surprised me.

Ziggler v. Punk – These two never disappoint me and I thought that was a great match.

Kane v. Cena – I love Kane so anything involving Kane is great. And that maniacal smile he gave Eve before he tombstoned Ryder was icing on the evil cake.

Divas match was just what I would expect from that match but good to see Beth with the win.

My only disappointment was Jericho. For all this hype, so far I’m not seeing any payout. Hopefully we get something tonight to explain all of this but if the WWE changed up their plans for Jericho at the last minute, that would be lame. I mean you don’t say that the end of the world as you know it is coming at the Rumble and then nothing.

  8. eddie says:

Darrin wwe is turning bryan into a heel

  9. Walrus says:

@eddie I feel like you were intoxicated when you left your comments.

  10. Craptacular says:

I’m really happy about Sheamus… even if most of us thought that Jericho will win the Rumble it didn’t happen (thanks God ’cause a real full time wrestler cannot lose against a middle-time singer)…

Eventhough for this year we are going to have Jericho vs Punk and Sheamus vs the WHC (maybe… maybe… Daniel Bryan)…

  11. AJ Starr says:

It’s been years since I have seen a Rumble roster THAT weak. Over half the Rumble was filled with people no one would ever book to headline Wrestlemania… including 3 announcers. Jey Uso… Justin Gabriel? COME ON! Where was Kane, Brodus Clay, Triple H, Undertaker, SO many people left out of this thing!

There were what… 6 main eventers altogether. 5 came out in the last 10-15 minutes of the match, only Miz was in the majority of it for people the fans thought may win.

What happened to the rule that if you’re in a world title bout at the Rumble PPV, you can’t be in the Rumble? Dolph and Big Show in? Seems like WWE is getting desperate at this point for name value in the Rumble match.

I’m sorry, I’m also not a fan of Cody Rhodes. His lisp makes it impossible for him to be taken seriously on the mic, and I haven’t seen any classic matches out of him his entire tenure in the WWE… so why keep him in most of the Rumble?

  12. james says:

First Rumble in like 15 years to not feature Kane. Sad day.
