Update on WWE’s interest in former ROH tag champion

Former Ring of Honor tag team champion Chris Hero remains on WWE’s radar, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. WWE hasn’t signed Hero due to a medical testing issue that needs to be cleared up. This hasn’t decreased WWE’s interest in his services, as Hero will have more tests conducted next month. If tests results are approved by WWE, he will be signed. Hero’s last set of tests were in September, at the time WWE signed his ROH tag team partner Claudio Castagnoli.

Again, it’s probably either head injury related or blood work related. Daniel Bryan is on record that he’s vegan so that he could get in to the WWE because he had several health issues before his signing. Nigel couldn’t even make it in to WWE because he couldn’t get the health clearance.

More proof that sometimes hitting those insane indie spots isn’t the best idea.

From what I heard early this past week is that it was really elevated Testosterone levels in his bloodwork.
