Ventura threatens lawsuit against TMZ

“I haven’t left Minnesota in a month,” Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura told the Alex Jones radio show on Wednesday. “My attorney is on it, we are going to threaten a lawsuit on this,” said Ventura of TMZ’s story that the WWE hall of famer was pulled over on Monday for tailgating in California.

“This is a fabricated story,” said Ventura.

Ventura said he hasn’t been in California since July. Ventura believes this is part of smear campaign. Ventura said this has become a front page story in Minneapolis.

@AJ – it couldn’t happen any sooner to a nicer group of people either!

considering how annoying TMZ is, i’m going to enjoy this.

  4. Fisha695 says:

Except knowing that Ventura is more whacked out then a lovechild had by Damien Demento & Ultimate Warrior I don’t believe him at all.

And wasn’t he supposed to be moving to Mexico or something like that & giving up his US Citizenship? Or did he backtrack on that too.

I know that he said he’s not interested in running for president, but we really need a man like him in office! His work in civil rights alone put him on a whole different level than ordinary politicians! We need ya Jesse!!! Please please please run for Prez????

  6. Brandon says:

If you think Ventura is a whackjob, think again! He’s heard things that’ll blow your mind! seriously though he isn’t

  7. T says:

Good for him going after TMZ. Ventura said he would run as Ron Pauls VP if he went 3rd party

  8. raven12516 says:

    TMZ had it coming.

  9. Joan B. in S. C. says:

Fisha695, I think Jesse decided to live 6 months a year in Mexico and the other 6 in the US. I am curious though as to where in Mexico a former US governor would live.
