In 2005, WWE Armageddon was a Smackdown-exclusive event, held in Providence, Rhode Island

– Chris Benoit defeats Booker T in the fourth match of the Best of 7 Series for the vacant WWE United States Title
– Kid Kash defeats Juventud to win the WWE Cruiserweight Title
– Kane & The Big Show defeat Rey Mysterio & Batista
– The Undertaker defeats Randy Orton in a Hell In A Cell Match

In 2010, ROH Final Battle was held in New York City

– The Briscoe Brothers (Mark & Jay) & Mike ‘Papa’ Briscoe defeat The Kings Of Wrestling (Chris Hero & Claudio Castagnoli) & Shane Hagadorn in a Six-Man Tag Team Match
– Roderick Strong defeats Davey Richards to retain the ROH World Title
– El Generico defeats Kevin Steen in an Unsanctioned Fight Without Honor, forcing Steen to leave ROH. Had Generico lost, he would have had to unmask
