    You nailed it!

  2. TwitterSucks says:

    It’s not Jericho. It’s Undertaker.

Chris jericho vs cm punk w/ Bret hart as referee at wrestlemania? All claiming to be the best…

Please don’t put undertaker vs Kane at the event, I’ve seen enough. If anything give the push to wade barrett

I’d like to believe it is Y2J but the videos before WM had everyone claiming it was Sting and how he would fight Taker at WM. So forgive me if I am very skeptical about a Y2J return.

Bring em both back. If this is taker’s final ride Jericho vs Taker at WM seeing how Jericho could resurrect his hatred toward legends. Taker is right now the epitome of a legend who some people would feel stayed around too long.

Agreed. I don’t think last year’s Taker promo was quite so ambiguous (not towards the end, anyway), but it still did a great job of generating much discussion and interest. It’ll be interesting to see how many more hints may be dropped as January 2nd closes in.

The feel of the videos seem more like an Undertaker thing, but it just seems odd they’d promote him on Twitter. I’ve also heard all of Jericho’s denials of a return, but he was just as adamant about his last set of return promos the last time he came back. All that said, it’s going to take a lot to convince me this isn’t a Taker return.

I do believe that this is Jericho…. It just, doesn’t suit undertaker… They have puposely made them confusing, but in my opinion, the whole twitter bars turning to static, and the use of youtube, I feel fits the return of Jericho better, keeping his whole ”digital” thing going….. Oh, and not so important, but thought I’d throw it in, the llegs and feet in the promo’s, seem far too small to be the deadmans… Don’t you think?

undertaker will return, but I don’t think that will be until after, or at the Royal Rumble.

    Legs and feet?

What promo was that in? I’ve also seen a video with a countdown, but are either of those videos legitimately associated with the viral campaign? So far the only vids I’ve seen on TV (aside from the Kane promos) are videos with the two kids. As far as I know, there’s like three of those videos, right?

  9. chris says:

Ok so I just watched it again, and based off the wording I have to think its Y2J. With words like “prophet” make me think Jericho as the savior, and them saying “the end of the world.” Makes me think king of the world jericho.

  10. Alex says:

Maybe the video clips aren’t for either of them…

  11. ComingAttractions says:

I think it probably is Kharma returning

Chris Jericho or Undertaker is the question. At first I thought the promo’s were for Undertaker, but after I thought about it more and sat down and actually studied the promo’s there are alot of suspects that we haven’t spoke of.

To start, just the way the boy speaks and everything that he says reminds me of Raven. Don’t get me wrong tho as I highly doubt that it will be Raven returning, but there is always a small chance.

Mordicai is another name that comes to mind, but there is no chance that the WWE would run promo’s that would created this much internet buzz for him so bleh :/

Also the first promo talks about a prophet. I don’t know why, but that word just makes me think of Paul Bearer. Like I said in an earlier post on this thread, that I believe the promo’s are for the Undertaker. What better way to throw EVERYONE off than for Paul Bearer to be the one to return to foretell the return of the Undertaker. Unlikely, yes. Yet still possible.

Two names that would make for a surprising interesting/exciting storyline (to me atleast) would be Shane and Stephanie McMahon. Each promo ends with “It will be the end of the world as you know it.”
To me ” It will be the end of the world as you know it.” translates out to “It will be the end of WWE as you know it.”
Picture this, the McMahon siblings are sick of seeing the PG direction angle the WWE has been going with and come to take what they think is rightfully theirs, the WWE. The second coming of the Attitude era, anyone?

Speaking of the McMahon’s what if the promo’s are actually for Vince? Just throwing this one out there people.
