In Greensboro, North Carolina

– Krusher Kruschev defeats Sam Houston to win the vacant NWA Mid-Atlantic Title
– Buddy Landel defeats Terry Taylor to win the NWA National Title
– Magnum TA defeats Tully Blanchard in an I Quit Cage Match to win the NWA United States Title
– The Rock n Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) defeat Ivan & Nikita Koloff in a Cage Match to win the NWA World Tag Team Titles

In Atlanta, Georgia

– Manny Fernandez defeats Abdullah The Butcher in a Mexican Death Match
– The Minnesota Wrecking Crew (Ole & Arn Anderson) defeat Wahoo McDaniel & Billy Jack Haynes to retain the NWA National Tag Team Titles
– Jimmy Valiant & Miss Atlanta Lively defeat The Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton & Dennis Condrey) in an Atlanta Street Fight
– Dusty Rhodes defeats Ric Flair to win the NWA World Title. However, the decision was later reversed and the belt given back to Flair

1969 – Karl Karlsson & Tarzan Baxter defeat The Medics (1 & 2) to win the TSW United States Tag Team Titles

1976 – Blackjack Mulligan defeats Paul Jones to win the NWA Mid-Atlantic United States Title. This change is unrecognized by current WWE Title Histories

1983 – Super Destroyer 1 defeats Johnny Mantell to win the WCCW Television Title

1985 – Magnum TA defeats Tully Blanchard to win the NWA United States Title

1985 – The Dynamic Duo (Gino Hernandez & Chris Adams) defeat The Von Erichs (Kerry & Kevin) to win the vacant WCCW American Tag Team Titles

1995 – Tasha Simone is awarded the reactivated USWA Womens Title
