Surreal story on Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga

The Daily Mail in the UK posted a piece on Oscar-winner Jennifer Hudson, who is engaged to WWE superstar David Otunga. Hudson reveals on October 28, 2008, the night her mother and brother were killed in Chicago (her seven year old nephew was found dead three days later), she was with Otunga who was competing in a WWE developmental ring. “That’s one of the things that saved my life,” Hudson, 30, told Ebony magazine. “Because I could have been home with my mom then. He wanted me to come out to Florida with him instead of going to Chicago. I flew out to see him; that’s why I’m still here. I’ve never said that before, and I can’t believe I just said that now. But I didn’t know,” Hudson revealed.

What a butt ugly couple, yeesh.
I know a lot of us give David Otunga a lot of shit for his wrestling ability and character (or lack thereof) and whatnot, but if he’s a really great person in real-life, and continues to be a good man to someone like Jennifer Hudson, then he’s someone I can legitimately respect.
David Otunga the wrestler, maybe not so great right now.
David Otunga the man, I’d say he’s cool.
Let’s hope there’s no Hollywood divorce, especially after that.
