Former independent wrestler found guilty of felonious assault charges

Former independent wrestler Andre Davis, 29, was convicted on Wednesday in a Hamilton County, Ohio courtroom for failing to tell 11 sex partners he tested positive for HIV, putting them at risk for the potentially deadly virus. Davis was found guilty on 14 of 15 felonious assault charges – each of Davis’ 14 felonious assault convictions carries two to eight years in prison.
