While doing media in Australia, CM Punk stated he recently turned down a WWE movie role during his contract negotiations with the company. He added that he was offered a role in the movie “No One Lives” and thought it would have been interesting, but that it was offered at a time when he decided he was going to leave. Stephanie McMahon felt Punk was perfect for the role in playing “a 30-something scumbag with dirtbag good looks and soulless eyes.”

Hmmm, I”m not so sure I would want to take that role myself. I often wonder about how they put out descriptions for movies. I mean when you have a movie where one of the characters is overweight, as the actor/actress, do you really read it and say, “Wow, I’m just obese enough for this role. It’s got to be mine!”
Does Punk really look at himself as a 30-something year old scumbag with souless eyes? I mean I don’t think he has soulless eyes. Tired eyes maybe from lack of sleep but not soulless.

Is that supposed to be a compliment.

awwww no CM punk the movie…:(
Of course this happened the way CM Punk stated…come on, it’s all hype for his character, just like it’s been all along.
I agree with you guys thats quite disrespectful saying that Punk looks like that he should of slapped her in the face for that.
Saying that Punk could portray a good looking scumbag is an insult? Damn, you guys are sensitive. Relax. It’s a character that she thinks he could portray. He can certainly look dirty and dress up like a scumbag.
