    Taking nothing from Bret but Stone Cold, The Rock, and Shawn Michaels all did more in the lat 20 years. Must respect to The best their is, was, or ever will be.

    Yup it’s a Western Canadian magazine and from what I understand it was based on readers stuffing the ballot box umm I mean voting.
