Frank Talent passes away

Johnny Kashmere posted on Facebook:

R.I.P. to my friend Frank Talent the PA State Athletic Commissioner. Frank helped me so much when I was running PWU in Philly, once he even helped me move an event the day of the event to a building in the same neighborhood. He always came through. you can see him on WWE 24/7 On Demand ring announcing the old Spectrum events in the 80s. God Bless you Frank, you are with your wife now in eternal peace
