News on Tommy Dreamer, Dick Ebersol, Dan Spivey, and more

– Tommy Dreamer teased on Twitter that he was in Nashville yesterday for an “impactful” meeting.

– Longtime Vince McMahon ally Dick Ebersol will be rejoining NBC Sports in a special adviser capacity as the network prepares for the 2012 Olympic games. Ebersol, 64, had previously resigned from NBC in May over a contract dispute. He co-produced Saturday Night’s Main Event with McMahon from
1985-1990, and don’t mention the XFL.

– A teenage WWE fan was arrested on 8/23 and charged with criminal infringement of a copyright for streaming WWE, UFC and boxing pay-per-view from his home in New York. Mohamded Ali, 19, was charging people for his website and reportedly made $6,000 in subscription fees.
