Zuffa cuts three of Overeem’s Golden Glory teammates

A week after Zuffa released Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem from his contract, three of Overeem’s Golden Glory teammates have also been cut, including former women’s champion Marloes Coenen.
Golden Glory’s Martin de Jong wrote on Twitter that Coenen, heavyweight John Olav Einemo and Overeem’s brother Valentijn Overeem were all released by Zuffa.

Why would they cut Coennen?
This has went from what could have been seen as a business decision to now, becoming personal with the release of Coennen and Valentijn…. Coennen just barely lost her title Saturday and Valentijn couldve been just a “kick while your down” move… Zuffa is now starting to act more like a Mob and making “hits” on the MMA world… I wonder how this turns out once Scott Coker and Showtime part ways…
