I show up every night and perform…just like Austin, HBK, Hogan and Rock did during their in ring careers, its what I’m paid to do. Please don’t boo me cause joo can’t c me.
Says he is never, ever going away…
Makes a couple appearances, never wrestles, then goes away.
Getting tired of hearing Cena run his mouth. Does he want us to give him a cookie for him doing his job?
Undertaker does his job
Triple H does his job
CM Punk does his job
The Rock did his job
Steve Austin did his job
The list goes on and on…..
He acts as if he is the only guy who works hard. None of those guys cried about it.
Stop crying that you want people to notice that you’re doing your JOB. You get PAID to do it.
Everyone leaves eventually. Better to leave the way The Rock did than the way Edge left.
@Helio – You call yourself a wrestling fan? The Rock…I mean Dwayne Johnson used wrestling as a steppingstone to become an actor who makes crappy movies, and now he uses it only to promote those movies. If he had been serious about being a wrestler in the first place, he would still be doing it & risking his body the way Cena does, the way Adam Copeland did.
I hate all this knocking on The Rock, obviously the guy is a full-time actor now and not a full-time wrestler anymore. When he said he was never leaving he meant, well at least to me, that he wouldn’t turn his back on the WWE anymore. WWE is in his blood that doesn’t just go away and The Rock during The Attitude Era was 100 times better than John Cena ever could be.
Triple h and undertaker havent worked house shows since 2006/7… Not tk say they havent earned the right to work part time they’re 2 of the most disciplined performers ever… Both wrestled injured for years. Cena works twice as hard as rock ever did for this business… Rock earned everything he was given and has now but Cena works as hard monday raw is war, tuesday visiting the us troops, wednesday films a movie, thursday has make a wish foundation friday does promo work and voiceovers for the new wwr game, saturday media spots all day spruiking the ppv, sunday works a ppv all the while fitting in house shows, training, family life etc… The man is given the title as ‘top dog’ for a reason… Hes earned it.
He has barely had time off since his debut in 2002…
Having the title “Top Dog” means you have superior wrestling abilities and fantastic mic skills. Both of which Cena lacks.
Would you like to see Eric Bischoff back in WWE?
Do you listen to wrestling podcasts?
