In Memoriam
On this day in 1992, the wrestling world lost Stan Frazier, best known for his portrayal of Uncle Elmer in the WWF. He was 54. Frazier suffered from a range of problems associated with his weight (he was around 450lbs at times in his career) which eventually led to kidney failure, from which he did not recover. Outside the WWF, Frazier was a 2-time Tag Champion in the NWA, 4-time Tag Champion in the AWA and a 2-time CWA Super Heavyweight Champion
