In 1999, WWF King of the Ring was held in Greensboro, North Carolina

– The Hardy Boys (Matt & Jeff) defeat The Brood (Edge & Christian)
– The Undertaker defeats The Rock to retain the WWF Title
– Mr Ass wins the King of the Ring Tournament, defeating X-Pac in the final
– Vince & Shane McMahon defeat Steve Austin in a Handicap Ladder Match to regain control of the WWF

In 2004, WWE’s The Great American Bash was a Smackdown-exclusive event, held in Norfolk, Virginia

– John Cena defeats Rene Dupree, Booker T & Rob Van Dam in a Fatal Four Way Elimination Match to retain the WWE United States Title
– Rey Mysterio defeats Chavo Guerrero to retain the WWE Cruiserweight Title
– JBL defeats Eddie Guerrero in a Texas Bullrope Match to win the WWE Title
– The Undertaker defeats The Dudleys (Bubba Ray & D-Von) in a Concrete Crypt Match. Paul Bearer was buried in concrete after the match

1966 – Eddie Graham & Killer Karl Kox defeat Hiro Matsuda & Michiaki Yoshimura to win the JWA All Asia Tag Team Titles

1968 – Giant Baba defeats Bobo Brazil to win the NWA International Heavyweight Title

1969 – Wahoo McDaniel & Thunderbolt Patterson win a tournament to win the vacant WCCW American Tag Team Titles

1972 – Mr Fuji & Professor Tanaka defeat Sonny King & Chief Jay Strongbow to win the WWWF Tag Team Titles

1998 – Sabu & Rob Van Dam defeat Chris Candido & Lance Storm to win the ECW Tag Team Titles

1999 – The Mad Dogs (Michiyoshi Ohara & Tatsutoshi Goto) defeat Kensuke Sasaki & Shiro Koshinaka to win the IWGP Tag Team Titles

2000 – on Smackdown, Steve Blackman defeats Crash Holly to win the WWF Hardcore Title
