Ventura comments on the future of “Conspiracy Theory”

Jun 7, 2011 - by Steve Gerweck

Former Minnesota Governor and WWE and GERWECK.NET hall of famer Jesse “The Body” Ventura commented on the status of his hit television series “Conspiracy Theory” on Tuesday’s Alex Jones’ radio show. Ventura said that the series has been picked up for a third season, with eight episodes being ordered. However, Ventura’s contract for the series expired this spring, and he hasn’t yet been contacted about signing a new deal to return. Ventura did confirm that his son is on board for another season working behind the scenes. “The Body” is still awaiting his court case against the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), alleging full-body scans and pat-downs at airport checkpoints violate his right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures. Ventura stated the case would be heard by the same judge that has been presiding over the NFL vs. the players case in Minnesota.
