I like. Looks good, seems to be a reassuring logo. I mean you don’t look at it and cringe.

you can call a pile of crap a new name and paint it easter egg colors…its still crap. if all they did was a name change to the show then this has to be one of the funniest and least effective rebrandings ever done. the same people still run it.

anyone catch bully ray screw up the rumble on impact?? he got thrown out and even the ref looked confused and the kid in the front row clearly pointed it out… hahahaha…my god they cant even edit their show correctly and they had plenty of time to hide the mistake on a TAPED show.

they re-taped the hogan/foley segment in front of the live audience because they screwed it up the first time, why not the rumble too???

  3. Radar says:

there rebranding cause of wwe rebranding but TNA is changing there name to Impact Wrestling to show that there not hiding the fact that there a wrestling company like WWE so there putting wrestling in the name to try to one up WWE

  4. RJ Ace says:

@Radar-Ofcourse they are. Everything they do is in reaction to WWE. Instead of building their own brand and worrying about themselves, they’re trying to capitalize off of the negative reaction WWE is getting for their re-branding. TNA can change their name to whatever they want. Until they fire Vince Russo and make serious philosophical changes, they’ll never succeed.

  5. JK says:

Everyone shut up. The former TNA is cleaning up their image for the benefit of advertising and expanding. “TNA” sounds lude and the acronym doesn’t make sense “Total Nonstop Action” in the first place.

Every internet fanboy wants the Monday Night Wars to return, well we see how that did and it’s been long forgotten. TNA is moving on. And the word “Wrestling” is to identify what they are. WWE is “World Wrestling Entertainment”. WTH would TNA change to? Impact Entertainment? Plus they are on a male branded network. The word “wrestling” is far more appealing of an option for them than it would be for WWE on USA.

IMO, Ring of Honor should do the same thing. I doubt channel surfers ran by their name and had any clue what that the show was wrestling. WWE has that luxury because they are the big dog. Everyone else doesn’t.

A bit off track, but kudos to TNA. Another step in a growing company.

  6. RJ Ace says:

It’s fitting that your screen name is JK. You have to be just kidding right? TNA is a growing company?! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha good one man. It’s lip service just like it always is. This is TNA’s latest desperate attempt to appeal to the IWC which only makes up a small portion of their audience. Most of the people watching Impact had no clue what Mick Foley was talking about. Wrestling matters? After 9 years, wrestling all of a sudden matters to TNA? Why, because it doesn’t matter to WWE? What a joke.
