Whoops, guess they finally realized Raw was live and they couldn’t retape their stupidity.

The wrestling world gave up on R-Truth a decade ago… I will never understand how the WWE can just constantly screw up like this.

  2. Chris Johnson says:

Vince changes his mind way too much.

  3. Ian says:

Hopefully Morrison finally gets his due and walks out as champion and they push someone else and we can get something different going on.

  4. PJ Young II says:

WTF?????!!!!!!! So once again, Vince feels that Ron Killings is not gifted enough or good enough to even be in the WWE title picture?! This is BS, I am sick of this screw over the black wrestlers stuff… Kofi was robbed of a Shot at EC one year, Shelton never got his shot, Ahmed Johnson was pushed as a High mid card guy, Truth is constantly being screwed over. WTF?! Will somebody in the WWE that is BLACK stand up and speak out…DANG!

  5. Ryan says:

    THANK GOD!!!

  6. Anony-mouse says:

I’m with you Ryan… I just don’t like the idea of a dude who’s like 40 years old who comes out with spraypainted jeans acting like a total jackass holding the WWE Championship… I know it’s not as prestigious as it once was but still.. R Truth is insanely annoying… but he will NEVER be as annoying as john cena though.

  7. Jon says:

Booker T? Though yeah it took him a long time and he was already popular in WCW … Anyway add Bobby Lashley and Ezekiel Jackson to that list

  8. David A. says:

If Morrison had took Cena’s place… The world would be a perfect place

  9. AJ Starr says:

PJ…. Truth can’t get over. Hell, the guy can’t even do a gimmick change because the only thing he CAN do is a rap gimmick… and he’s used the same song for a decade now. Being able to do a couple flips doesn’t make him Main Event material. The guy can’t use a mic, and he sure as hell isn’t a draw. It has nothing to do with skin color, it has to do with that Truth is just a lower midcard guy at best, and he always will be.

  10. Brian Redban says:

@PJ….and you still continue to have hope that this will ever change? Vince McQueen has his preferences and that’s never changing.

  11. Matthew says:

Jon, do not even put Jackson and Lashley in that catagory. They’re big guys who can’t freaking wrestle.

PJ I agree with you 100%. Kofi, Shelton, and Truth are talent; period! Truth starting out in Smack-down was already one of the bigger draws, He at least deserves something along with Kofi and Shelton.

David, Morrison is talented in the ring, but the guy is sooo cocky and immature. Him being with Malina; who still complains on how she doesn’t get what she wants, is really going to keep him down. He needs to change his attitude + ditch her.

You also forget the real picture here. John Cena is the face of the company, so he’s going to be in whatever storyline they have.

  12. J-Ro says:

Guess this means the 39-year old no.1 contender’s going to Smackdown…

  13. Ronald B. says:

…And the “Truth” will remain in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

  14. eddie says:

Love how people play race card what about rocky johnsonor tony atlas or Ron Simmons all black two hall of famers and one that will be in hall of fame race is nothing to do with it

  15. PJ Young II says:

So if Ron Killings is such a “Mid card draw”, no talent, and annoying then why the hell would you even put him in WWE Title pictures??? Obvisously it goes deeper then just being a “filler”, sure Killings is known to be just the “What’s up” Rapper guy…and yeah, it is annoying some time, but look how bout “Creative” pull their thumbs out of thier asses and give the guy a new gimmick…hell his pro black gimmick in TNA and indies was good, he go major heat and it propelled him into being the NWA Champion… Now, sure TNA is soo cluster fucked now, but back then you just don’t give anybody the damn NWA World title and hell WWE saw something to bring Killings back, after all the shit he said bout the company and its golden boy, John Cena. Kofi, Mark Henry, Truth and big Zeke need to all turn heel… Kofi could take on the gimmick RoH gave Prince Nana and Truth could take the reigns as the top guy in the group while Zeke and Henry are the muscle…sure it may sound like the “Nation of Domination 2.0″ but hell look what the Nation did for The Rock, D’Lo, Godfather and Hell Ron Simmons was already a big name, since becoming the first African American to hold the WCW World title. So i see this as a slap in the face of Black Wrestlers everywhere that dream of being inthe WWE. Because unless, you are cocky like the Rock, Spin and dance like Booker T….you will NEVER…EVVVVVER…Be a WWE/World Champion!

  16. Aaron says:

    @ Eddie
Since the Rock and Booker T, who else has gotten a decent push???
Mark Henry…WWECW champion. Big friggin woop.
And Race having nothing to do with it? My ass.
You have what, less than a handful of African Americans in the HOF.

  17. Matthew says:

    Well said PJ

  18. Pj Young II says:

    Thx. WWE VIDEO BLOG 2nite

  19. PJ Hater says:

    @Matthew/ PJ

    “Well Said PJ?”

That was all two sentences. Abuse of the comma should be a crime. That was far from well said. Learn to tpye.

  20. Nuff Said says:

Hey WWE here’s an idea, draft Truth to Smackdown and finally have a REAL tag team with Truth and Booker T

  21. Anony-mouse says:

@PJ… uh, bro… I think you should learn to type.

  22. Agent Cooper says:

So John Morrison gets to do the job to either Cena or the Miz instead of R-Truth. In other words, does this really matter? And if you actually think they’re going to put the title on Morrison, I laugh at you.

  23. jon says:

its not about the color of the skin, its the ability or in alot of guys peoeple have mentioned inability to get over with the live crowd. WWE gives them chances, its up to the wrestler to take the ball and run with it, history has shown when that man is african american, he drops the ball more often than not.

  24. morgy says:

I think Kofi would be more credible in the higher spot than Truth but that’s just me. This was odd booking no less, but it seems like it was just a plot device for Truth, and he’ll probably be drafted. Plus they need more heels people recognize as all their star power seems to be face except for Del Rio and Punk and even though he wasn’t a main eventer people react to him a lot more than other midcarders.

Shelton definitely had the in ring ability but he didn’t have the charisma, so unless they gave him a legit manager, he couldn’t carry a show. The only other one I could see in the main event recently that no-one mentioned was MVP, but he wasn’t there yet. I was pissed they released him though (as I was with Benjamin)

However, the race card is petty, because there are a lot of other superstars not getting their deserved pushes neither. Sheamus and Daniel Bryan have both been becoming an afterthought since ‘Mania which is sad, as Sheamus is perfect for the sports entertainment package, and I am a firm believer in having a little bit of everything for everyone if you are going to be mainstream, so Daniel Bryan being relevant brings them the wrestling fans, plus his mic skills are acceptable, and the average guy gimmick, actually works for him, even if he isn’t a god on the mic (whereas Shelton was forgettable when he wasn’t wrestling.) Plus Ahmed Johnson was dangerous in the ring, so it’s understandable that he didn’t last.

Then you have guys like Evan Bourne being a complete jobber now, and even Zach Ryder shows he has the ability for sports entertainment but not being given an opportunity. Lastly someone like Christian deserves to be one of the biggest stars on the roster (not the face of the product but a big name) and its unfortunate that the only reason he’s relevant now is because Edge had to retire, when he certainly could have made it on his own.

  25. cold says:

    Im Gonna Agree with PJY
    1. The Rock is like maybe 1/3 black,
    2. Booker T, has been comic relief the whole time he has been in WWE
    3. WWE, won’t push a black wrestler beyond, ECW/IC/US Champ.

    4. John Cena’s gimmick is largely based on RAP & HIP HOP CULTURE, AND HIS RAPS WERE ANNOYING, But that got him the TOP SPOT in the COMPANY, BUT R-TRUTH CAN’T even get in on a meaningless 3 Way which he wasn’t gonna win anyway?
