WWE seeking new Vice President of Talent Relations

WWE is seeking a new Vice President of talent relations, a position that has been occupied for years by John Laurinaitis, who is now the Executive Vice President of Talent Relations.

WWE’s requirements for all applicants are as follows:

*Oversee talent training and development programs such as media skills, life skills, health/wellness, and financial training.
*Work on issues relating to Intellectual Property and talent contracts.
*Manage programs to increase departmental efficiencies and document protocols concerning policies.
*Oversee WWE’s talent management information system & payroll requirements.
*Create and analyze various reports on WWE talent.
*Manage event plans, including WrestleMania, that involve WWE talent.
*Act swiftly to address urgent and/or sensitive matters relating to talent.
