In Memoriam

Today the wrestling world lost one half of the first ever NWA Northeast United States Tag Team Champions (the belt that would become the WWWF US Tag Team Title) Don Curtis. He was 80. Curtis also found success in the Florida and Georgia territories, winning Tag Team Titles in both. He suffered a severe stroke at his home at the end of February, and died around 2 weeks later in hospital
