Updates on Booker T and Kevin Nash

– Last night’s return of Diesel at the Royal Rumble is considered a one night only return for Kevin Nash, but WWE is open to working forward with him in a non-wrestling capacity.

Booker T has signed a WWE contract, according to Dave Meltzer. The original plan was for Booker T to return in a manager type role, and possibly work as a coach/trainer on the returning “Tough Enough.” Obviously, both received tremendous reactions at the Rumble, so as per usual in WWE, things are subject to change.

PLEASE BRING THEM BOTH BACK!! I would have loved to see one of them win the Rumble last night!

  2. Hipnosis says:

They signed Booker T so they could bury him for going to TNA lol

yea kinda makes ya sick that when the older guys are/were in TNA that people bash them and tna for keeping veterans around but as soon as vince brings them back its the best move in wrestling history, all these wwe can do no wrong butt kissers need to quit being so biased

  4. jadedphoenix says:

The differene is wwe wont bury the young talent with them look at goldust as an example he was used to get shameus and yoshi over TNA buries people

  5. Paul says:

So if WWE is going to be working with Kevin Nash and Booker T in some non-wrestling capacity, what does that make of TNA’s decision to bring back the Main Event Mafia? Nash and Booker were two of the top superstars who made that faction. Will the MEM only have Kurt Angle, Scott Steiner, Sting, Samoa Joe, Matt Morgan, and Crimson?

  6. RJ Ace says:

There’s nothing wrong with having old guys around as long as your entire company doesn’t revolve around them. Having 1 of them win the Rumble would have been bad for business but there’s nothing wrong with having those guys around to give rub to the younger guys. TNA has never built a real star. WWE isn’t perfect but TNA is an absolute joke.

  7. Blocker says:

Nash is washed up as a wrestler. In TNA he was useless in the ring. He must never be in a wrestling ring again. WWE doesn’t need Booker T. They have gtreat young talent that is under-utilized. A storyline as a manager would be fine-but that’s all.

  8. Eric Gee says:

the difference is that…WWE buries old guys
TNA buries young guys….i mean WWE has made aalot of superstars and alot are and TNA..but what superstars have TNA made?? probably the X-Division guys but thats about it

  9. CT Cruz says:

X Division is impressive at times but lets be honest.. their wrestling is unrealistic.. they are spot monkeys… that goes for John Morrison too.
