News on Hulk Hogan, Mr. Anderson, Jeff Hardy, and Impact

– TNA is hyping up their February 3rd episode of iMPACT! which will mark the return of Hulk Hogan to the show. Hogan has been out for a while with back problems and since he’s been off TNA television he got married and had a couple of more surgeries to his back. Hogan last appeared on TNA when Jeff Hardy turned heel and joined Immortal. The preview for the episode says that Hogan plans on “regaining his power from TNA President Dixie Carter.” Mr. Anderson will also defend his title against Jeff Hardy on that show. – One of the reasons TNA is going on the road with Impact is due to a Spike television executive, who recently attended a TNA house show, being impressed with the show. The reason given they couldn’t create the same on Impact is due to the over booked Universal Studios in Orlando, FL. Keep in mind that another difference is also that Jeff Jarrett is head of creative at house shows and Vince Russo is the head writer on Impact.

Having attended two TNA house shows, I can attest that they are far superior to the television product.

I have personally been to a few live events and love them more than Impact. This just proves that russo need to get the heck out of the company.

They split creative duty? How does that happen? Did JJ not want the responsibility or what?
