More Raw and Smackdown talent crossovers
Dec 22, 2010 - by Steve Gerweck
It looks like the brand split will be eased off for the next few months as Superstars from both RAW and Smackdown will be doing cross-overs more often as WWE tries to gain back some of the audience it lost. Putting A-list names on both shows will help both RAW and Smackdown although it remains to be
seen how the mid-carders will be used from this point onward. WWE split RAW and Smackdown in March 2002 following WrestleMania 18 with Smackdown getting Superstars such as The Rock, Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit and Hulk Hogan and RAW getting The Undertaker, nWo, Kane and Rob Van Dam. Seven more drafts were held ever since with the last one in April of this year with Superstars being shuffled around.
