  1. Adam Bockler says:

They should scratch that idea by watching TNA Impact.

  2. david says:

if they did old school nitro … id probably start watching wrestling again

  3. Paul says:

How could WWE possibly do an “Old School Nitro” without Sting and Ric Flair, the two mainstays who made WCW, when both are still under contract to TNA?

  4. raven12516 says:

Do they even have the wcw set?

  5. Jay says:

It would likely suck considering they don’t have many of the key people of Nitro/WCW but hey why not? Whats old is new again.

  6. JD Storm says:

unless they plan on bringing in some legit WCW performers, an old-school Nitro would be a bad idea. Flair & Sting would be mandatory, IMO, to make it work.

  7. Mimuran says:

minus whoever is in TNA, I think this could be promising! Cruiserweights, along with old school wrestlers such as Barry Darsow, Lenny Lane, Marty Janetty, Dean Malenko (He’s still an agent in WWE right?), Double A, Juventud, Glenn Gilberti, Madusa, etc…..

  8. paul says:

Maybe this means that Sting and Kevin Nash are coming to WWE. Throw in Scott Hall and X-Pac, you also have Luger, Goldberg, Booker T, the Steiners, Road Warrior Animal, Arn Anderson, Greg Valentine, Kevin Sullivan, DDP, Tully Blanchard, Vincent, Dusty Rhodes, Bobby Heenan, Gene Okerlund, Sid Vicious, Chris Jericho, Dean Malenko, Bunkhouse Buck (he’s been on the show recently as Jack Swagger’s dad), maybe Raven if he’s open to making a one-night return, and try to bring in some of the old cruiserweights.

  9. cold says:

Mostly All of the Stars at Old School Raw were not even full time competitors when raw kicked off. Ted Dibiase, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Dusty Rhodes, MEAN GENE, Roddy Piper, likely were on more episodes of nitro than RAW so essetially what we watched was OLD SCHOOL NITRO.

There was no Rock, Stone Cold, HHH, HBK, Undertaker, Trish Stratus, Sable, Big Show, Kane, Brett Hart, Jericho, etc, on this RAW…

  10. tone da tigga says:

Sting & Flair was the heart and soul of nitro but who knows atleast they can reform the NWO for one night since Nash, Hall, & Xpac are no longer with TNA along with Booker T & Big Poppa Pump.

  11. Dale Cooper says:

Uh, not sure how the WWE would do that since they succeeded in alienating the vast majority of former top WCW talent. If we’re lucky, maybe we’ll get Billy Kidman vs. Chavo Guerrero as the main event.

  12. Riten says:

Torrie Wilson And Stacy Keibler. FTW.

  13. Hipnosis says:

Without Sting and Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan and….hell without TNA there can’t be a NITRO lol so im hoping like ECW ONS 05 maybe TNA will let some of the start compete or appear…hey it gives TNA more exposure

  14. Jay says:

Wm27 in atlanta, goldberg and luger HOF, old school nitro seems to fit

  15. Steve says:

Yes please! I’d love to see a nitro episode.

  16. Gurn Blanstid says:

    Two words…..Nitro Girls!

  17. tommy says:

it doesnt mnatter what they call it it wouldnt be the samwe as the new guys just dress up like the old school guys inmstead.

  18. DeathNote81 says:

I want to see Santino and Disco Inferno in a 70’s-style comedy sketch. Throw Alex Wright and Kozlov in there for some international tension–ON THE DANCE FLOOR!
