Indy star suffers a broken neck

UK wrestler Kid Krazy suffered a broken neck over the weekend during a 2
Flag Promotions show in Walton, Essex. He landed badly on his neck after
a head scissors move went wrong. The show was immediately stopped and an
ambulance was called. Krazy was taken to a local hospital where he was
diagnosed with a fractured neck. The good news is that there was no
injury to his spinal cord and doctors didn’t expect there would be any
lasting damage.

i hate to hear about them having to call an ambulance, to me thats the worst thing about indy wrestling; very often there are no EMTs on standby in case of emergencies.

i wish the industry were better regulated. back when it was handles by the atletic commissions you were required to have a doctor on hand. but now that its deregulted no one gives a care.

and whats more; if indy wrestling feds were required to have a doctor on hand it would force some of the lower budget ones out of business, since they couldn’t pay the doc for his time, leaving more market share for feds that actually have a business model and some working capital. there are too many ‘weekend warriors’ out there right now.
