WWE News on CM Punk, John Cena, Raw and more

– Hell in the Cell was released in North America this week on DVD and out of the nowhere a Blu-ray version has popped up at Best Buy stores. It retails for $24.99 and comes packed with the go home Raw show. So WWE might be releasing all PPV events on Blu-ray from now. We will keep you updated we we find out more.

– John Cena posted on Twitter that he hasn’t had much activity on there recently because Nexus has not allowed him to.

– Brian Alvarez is reporting that early plans for Raw old school on 11/15 are for the show to feature an updated version of Raw’s original opening video and entrance way with no pyro being used. Smackdown stars are scheduled for the show as well.

– CM Punk is claiming via Twitter that he is not injured but numerous reports seem to say otherwise.

– WWEDVDNews.com is currently holding a petition to try and get the inserts with match and content listings put back in WWE DVD and Blu-ray releases.

– Knucklehead will be released next Tuesday on DVD and Blu-ray. Wal-Mart will be including a second disc featuring WWE bloopers with it that has an aprox. run time of around 45 minutes.

– If you purchase $30 or more in WWE Mattel items from Toys R Us from now through 12/24 you will get a free Wrestlemania 26 Shawn Michaels figure.
