Michael Benoit speaks against Linda McMahon

The election in Connecticut for the U.S. Senate seat between Linda McMahon
and Richard Blumenthal is getting more intense as days go by with the
Democratic nominee bringing in Chris Benoit’s father Michael to town to
speak against McMahon. Benoit was in Hartford, CT., today with Blumenthal
with the hopes of continuing trashing the former WWE Chief Executive
Officer. The two appeared at 11AM at the Hartford Hilton at a media event.
Linda McMahon said that Chris Benoit was one of the favorites and there was
never any kind of hint that he had problems. In latest figures published by
the Federal Election Commission, McMahon has so far spent $46 million on the
campaign in total, virtually all of them from her own pocket.
