~ UFC lightweight veteran Doug Evans (10-7) lost his Shark Fights Featherweight Title via split decision to U. K. standout Ronnie Mann (18-2-1) last Saturday in Amarillo, Texas. The bout was very close with Mann landing the harder, heavier shots on the feet while Evans completed several takedowns in the bout. Evans fought for the UFC twice in 2007.
