TNA Notebook: The Whole F’n Show, HardCORE Justice and more
– Dave Meltzer is reporting that WWE has not tried to file for an injunction in order to stop Sunday’s HardCORE Justice PPV from happening. Jerry McDevitt the attorney for the WWE told Newsday “The WWE is sole owner of the ECW marks, and as with all of WWE’s intellectual property it will be vigorously protected. TNA acts at its peril if it infringers upon WWE’s rights.”
– The final match in the best of five series between Beer Money and the Motorcity Machine Guns on next Thursday’s “Whole F’n Show” will be two out of three falls.
– TNA Xplosion should be debuting before the year’s end on Spike TV reports Dave Meltzer. TNA is just waiting on Spike TV to give them a time slot and a start date. The show was recently revamped and features first run matches with Jeremy Borash doing the lead announcing instead of Mike Tenay.
– Don’t forget that “TNA Reaction” debuts next Thursday’s following “The Whole F’n Show”.
