– On November 23, 1996, Flanagan & Steven Dunn defeated The Grimm Twins (Jared & Jason) to win the USWA Tag Team Titles
– On December 11, 1996, Flanagan & Dunn defeated Mike Samples & Sir Mo to retain the USWA Tag Team Titles
– On January 9, 1997, Flanagan & Dunn defeated Mike Samples & Sir Mo to win the vacant USWA Tag Team Titles, the belts having been vacated two weeks prior
– A week later, Flanagan & Dunn defeated Jamie Dundee & Wolfie D to retain the USWA Tag Team Titles
– In November 1997, Flanagan wrestled two matches for WWF, losing to Brian Christopher before teaming with Taka Michinoku in a loss to Brian Christopher & Aguila
– On January 11, 1998, Flanagan & Doug Basham defeated Jebediah Black & Cousin Otter, Jason Lee & David C and Nick Dinsmore & Rob Conway in a 4-Way Match to win the OVW Tag Team Titles
– On January 25, 1998, Flanagan & Basham defeated Rip Rogers & Trailer Park Trash to retain the OVW Tag Team Titles

– On March 31, 2001, Flanagan defeated Randy Orton to win the NWA-OVW Hardcore Title
– On April 4, 2001, Flanagan defeated Nick Dinsmore & Rico Constantino in a 3-Way Match to win the NWA-OVW Heavyweight Title
– On June 27, 2001, Flanagan scored perhaps the biggest win of his career, defeating Chris Jericho to retain the NWA-OVW Heavyweight Title
– On May 31, 2002, Flanagan & Trailer Park Trash defeated The Lords of the Ring (Nick Dinsmore & Rob Conway) to win the OVW Tag Team Titles
– In August 2002, Kindred appeared on TNA as Kobain, a member of James Mitchell’s New Church
– In December 2002, Kindred began competing in Puerto Rico as Slash Venom
– On November 16, 2003, Venom defeated Vampiro to win the IWA:PR Hardcore Title
– On January 24, 2004, Venom defeated Vampiro to regain the IWA:PR Hardcore Title
– At Glory By Honor III, Venom debuted in ROH, teaming with Chicano in a loss to BJ Whitmer & Dan Maff
– On August 20, 2005, Venom defeated Chicano to win the IWA:PR Heavyweight Title
– On September 17, 2005, Venom defeated Ricky Banderas to retain the IWA:PR Heavyweight Title
– On November 5, 2005, Venom won a battle royal to win the IWA:PR Hardcore Title
– On December 8, 2005, Venom defeated Ray Gonzalez to retain the IWA:PR Hardcore Title

– On August 3, 2013, Flanagan defeated Dylan Bostic, Randy Royal & Rudy Switchblade in a 4-Way Match to win the OVW Television Title
– In August 2013, Flanagan retained the OVW Television Title against Rudy Switchblade, Eddie Diamond, Paredyse and Rob Terry
– In September 2013, Flanagan retained the OVW Television Title against Rockstar Spud and Elijah Burke
