Biography

– In his early career, Cash wrestled under a number of gimmicks, including The Crow, David Jericho and Davey Morton
– In 1996, Cash signed with ECW, initially competing as Davey Tyler. By the close of the year, he had also competed as Davey Morton, David Jericho and Davey Pazano with little success
– On April 28, 1998, Cash (as David Jericho) appeared on WWF Shotgun Saturday Night, unsuccessfully challenging Taka Michinoku for the WWF Light Heavyweight Title. He would make two further WWF jobber appearances over the next month
– In May 1998, Cash broke both his ankles after botching a Hurricanrana on Scotty 2 Hotty
– In June 1999, Cash returned to action for ECW, initially as David Cash, before adopting the Kid Kash name in September
– At Hardcore Heaven 2000, Kash defeated CW Anderson
– At Heatwave 2000, Kash, Danny Doring & Roadkill defeated CW Anderson, Simon Diamond & Swinger
– On August 26, 2000, Kash defeated Rhino to win the ECW Television Title
